Modi Vent has been manufactured specifically for use with modified bitumen (APP or SBS) and BUR.
Modi Vent allows the evaporation of moisture in new and existing built-up roofing systems. It eliminates blistering, cracking and loosening of membrane joints caused by trapped condensation.
